Sieht das nicht traumhaft aus?

Where was that? What did I do during my spring break since I did not go on a Road Trip to Seattle?

photo_2016-04-11_00-36-10This is just a little impression where I spend some time this past week…

But first there were some days where I woke up and I was down because we did not get a car for the road trip. I was still in Beaver Run even though I could have been in Chicago, South Dakota or visiting Yellowstone National Park. The first few days of spring break I basically slept in, had breakfast at 3 pm with the guys, than we did some research about what else we could do with our spring break, we went to the cinema and in the evenings we stayed up until late in the night. One night we had a bonfire in the Easter Glades and afterwards Tony and I slept in the tent which we actually wanted to take on the road trip.

And than everything changed….

On Thursday morning, March 31. around 7 am we booked a flight and a room in a resort in Jamaica. One hour later Michael, Stephan, Tom, Tony and I went to Six Flags which is one of the largest adventure parks and it is in Jackson, New Jersey.

But for now I’m just going to say that it was awesome!

Kingda Ka

One of the highlights was riding Kingda Ka which is the world’s tallest and second fastest roller coaster! (Look at wikipedia 😉 ). I really would love to go more into detail but this has to be enough about Six Flags for now…

After we came back from Six Flags I had to pack and the next morning, April 1st we (that is Tom and Tony, Rouven, Niko and me) left at 6:45 in the morning to the airport to fly to Jamaica!

I had no idea how it would be, what we would do and what we would experience…

………….

And again… I could tell you so much more about the time in Jamaica! It was very relaxing and warm. Almost too warm sometimes, but by the time we returned to a very rainy Pennsylvania we all had adjusted to the temperatures. And of cause, yesterday we even had snow again!

This has to be enough now. It is almost 2:30 in the night and I have Academy tomorrow (yes, vacation is over and the daily life in Beaver Run started again…)

Have a good week 🙂
